🗑️ 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청

삭제되는 데이터

  • Firebase 익명 계정 또는 Google 연동 계정
  • 닉네임
  • 게임 점수 및 최고 기록
  • 리더보드 등록 정보

삭제 요청 방법

아래 이메일로 다음 정보를 보내주세요:

  • 제목: [벌룬 업] 계정 삭제 요청
  • 앱에서 사용한 닉네임 (있는 경우)
  • Google 로그인 시 사용한 이메일 (있는 경우)

⚠️ 삭제 요청 후 7일 이내에 처리되며, 삭제된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

앱에서 직접 삭제

앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 저장된 모든 데이터(설정, 캐시 등)는 자동으로 제거됩니다. 단, Firebase 서버에 저장된 닉네임과 게임 기록은 위 이메일 요청을 통해 삭제하실 수 있습니다.

Data to be Deleted

  • Firebase anonymous account or linked Google account
  • Nickname
  • Game scores and best records
  • Leaderboard registration data

How to Request Deletion

Please send an email with the following information:

  • Subject: [Balloon Up] Account Deletion Request
  • Nickname used in the app (if any)
  • Email used for Google Sign-In (if applicable)

⚠️ Requests will be processed within 7 days. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Delete via App Uninstall

Uninstalling the app will automatically remove all locally stored data (settings, cache, etc.). However, your nickname and game records stored on Firebase servers must be deleted via the email request above.
