BeatNTempo(이하 "본 앱")는 SNTSoft(이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 메트로놈 앱입니다. 개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 본 방침을 통해 어떤 정보가 수집·이용되는지 투명하게 안내합니다.

1. 개발자가 직접 수집·저장하는 정보

본 앱은 개발자 서버로 어떤 개인정보도 전송·수집하지 않습니다. 계정 가입이 없으며, 다음 정보는 이용자 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.

곡·섹션 설정(BPM, 박자, 강세, 마디 구성 등)
합주 화면에서 입력한 닉네임
앱 환경설정(볼륨, 카운트인 기본값 등)

이 데이터는 기기 로컬 저장소(shared_preferences)에만 보관되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

2. 합주(다중 기기 동기화) 기능

합주 기능은 같은 공간의 기기끼리 직접 연결(블루투스 BLE 또는 같은 Wi-Fi의 로컬 네트워크)하여 메트로놈을 동기화합니다.

전송되는 정보: 닉네임, 곡 설정, 시작/정지 등 동기화 신호, 시간 동기화용 타임스탬프
이 통신은 참여 기기 간에만 이루어지며, 외부 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
블루투스/로컬 네트워크 권한은 오직 이 동기화 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

3. 광고 (Google AdMob)

본 앱은 무료 제공을 위해 Google AdMob 광고를 표시하며, AdMob은 광고 제공·측정을 위해 다음과 같은 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

기기 광고 식별자(iOS IDFA / Android 광고 ID)
기기 정보, 대략적 위치(IP 기반), 앱 사용·광고 상호작용 데이터

iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 동의를 요청하며, 이용자가 거부하면 맞춤형 광고에 식별자가 사용되지 않습니다. 동의 여부와 관계없이 앱의 모든 기능은 정상 작동합니다.

4. 제3자 제공

개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 위 광고 기능을 통해 Google AdMob이 자체적으로 데이터를 수집·처리합니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

BeatNTempo ("the App") is a metronome app provided by SNTSoft ("the Developer"). This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.

1. Information the Developer collects/stores

The App does not send or collect any personal information to the Developer's servers. There is no account sign-up. The following data is stored only on your device:

Song/section settings (BPM, time signature, accents, measure structure, etc.)
Nickname entered for the ensemble feature
App preferences (volume, count-in default, etc.)

This data is kept only in local storage (shared_preferences) and is removed when you uninstall the App.

2. Ensemble (multi-device sync) feature

The ensemble feature connects nearby devices directly (Bluetooth LE or the local network on the same Wi-Fi) to synchronize the metronome.

Data transmitted: nickname, song settings, start/stop sync signals, and timestamps for clock synchronization.
This communication happens only between participating devices and never passes through any external server.
Bluetooth and local network permissions are used solely for this synchronization.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

To remain free, the App shows Google AdMob ads. AdMob may collect the following for ad delivery and measurement:

Advertising identifier (iOS IDFA / Android Advertising ID)
Device information, approximate (IP-based) location, app usage and ad-interaction data

On iOS, the App requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent. If you decline, no identifier is used for personalized ads. All App features work regardless of your choice.

4. Third parties

The Developer does not sell or share your personal information. However, Google AdMob independently collects and processes data through the advertising feature above.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed primarily to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
